So when you say the journey within, aside from the frameworks and kind of asking yourself the right questions, is there any other rituals someone can do to really find themself?

Um, it sounds very, very simple, but it's almost more difficult these days for people to connect with their intuition because of all of the stre- the distractions that we have.

And so by connecting with your intuition, it's, uh, practicing mindfulness, so either breathing techniques, where you're connecting with your breath, um, mindfulness walking, where you're connecting with your body and focusing on every step that you're taking, every breath that you're taking, journaling, um, sitting in silence.

All of these practices help you eliminate whatever may not be important that's happening in your mind or in your body, and it's easier...

It sounds so simple, but it's easier to uncover what you really need to do.

And maybe you don't instinctively know what the answer is, but you may have this desire or this calling of, like, "Maybe I should talk to Nabana.

Like, maybe she can ask me the right question for me to figure out what it is that I need to do." Um, and so that's, that's where I say that I feel like you need to look inside, connect with your intuition.

They, they say there's this thing with your gut and your brain that just kind of tells you what's the best step that you need to take.

And this is the reason why in Bloom, the very first step is breathing, which is my program, because the moment that you start to pause a bit and eliminate the noise and connect with your intuition, answers start to come in very naturally.

So I went to a retreat recently, and the... what I was told was when we breathe, we should always breathe through our nose and actually breathe out through our mouth, but s- have, like, a sound.

Because the sound, the sigh, actually is you eliminating whatever it is you're holding onto.

But if I was gonna be very honest with you, for a lot of people, especially the Gen Z lot, they say, "You make it sound so easy.
