We just chatted a couple weeks ago on Trail Talk with Aaron Simmons, and for anybody who is listening and wants to know the backstory of Robin, you gotta li- uh, listen to that episode too.
So I w- was really excited of cha- uh, chatting with you again even though we just chatted because bev- when we previously talked and recorded, we talked about bringing the Skyrunner World Series back to the US, and it was all in anticipation of the Beast of Big Creek event, and now we're looking at it from a rear view mi- mirror.
So we'll be able to sort of take what was our sort of hopes and anticipations going into this, and sort of having gone through the weekend and it's still very fresh.
Um, and so we need to obviously talk about your race and how it all went down, but I also really wanna sort of connect these two conversations in a way of saying, okay, now that we've seen what skyrunning in the US can look like, you know, what does-- how does it make us feel? What do, what do we think about it going forward? So that's on my agenda.
