Do you ever feel that you were sitting around just waiting, hoping and wishing for things to get better, for someone to just step in and sort it all out, but they never seem to come? Well, today we're going to talk about how that person is with you right now.

And yes, they have the ability to start making the changes in your life to help you move from feeling completely stuck and feeling behind to being back in the driving seat again.

And that person, if you haven't guessed it already, is in fact, Yes, it is you.

And as single parents, there are so many things that are outside of our control.

Today, we're going to talk about just how much we can underestimate our own abilities to really build the life we want.

And instead, what we end up doing is waiting for other people to step into our lives and mind read what we really want.

Being a single parent at times, it can feel like life has drastically spiraled out of control.

When you are a single parent, it can feel like life is going full throttle at times and you are almost living the life that has been dictated to you rather than the one that you've chosen.

From the demands of parenting alone, to keeping your boss happy, to running the household solo and all that entails endless washing, cleaning and cooking.

And as you go through the motions of doing all the things, it can be very easy to forget that we have any autonomy at all in our lives when we are so busy running from one task to the next.

And I've spoken about this before, but one of the best things about being a single parent is yes, You have all the responsibility landing solely on you but equally with the full weight of the responsibility comes a freedom and a power to choose the how, what, where, by who and when things get done.

But so often we get swept up in life that we can forget that we are the driver of our lives and we have a say in how we want it to look and feel.

So maybe you're waiting for your circumstances to change, for someone else to make things easier, for life to calm down enough that you can finally start making decisions for yourself again.

But what if you actually didn't have to wait? Today, we're going to unpack just how you can step back into the power that you have and it's your right and get you moving closer to living that life that you more than deserve.
