All this week, we're going to go over the main causes, the four main causes of visceral belly fat, which is the fat underneath your stomach that makes it look like it's protruding or gives you a big belly look and what to avoid in order to prevent this type of fat because this is the dangerous type of fat that you don't want.

Let's look at the second reason or cause that will make you store visceral belly fat.

So as sodas that have high fructose corn syrup, drinks that have high fructose corn syrup, fruit juices like orange juice, apple juice, these types of things.

What happens is the concentration of fructose is higher in these liquid drinks and they don't take any time to digest.

They go into the liver all at once and the liver gets overwhelmed or bombarded with too much fructose.

So you'll get a lot of fatty liver, non-alcoholic fatty liver or visceral belly fat stored Now, what visceral belly fat does is it makes it look like you have a belly even though you're lean.

You might lose your subcutaneous body fat, which is the body fat there right at the skin.

So if you're drinking... any sort of liquid carbs now this could also include oat milk for example that's a it's taking a carb and liquefying it you don't want to drink liquid carbs that will spike your sugars it will spike your insulin and it will overload the liver and cause visceral belly fat it can also cause non-alcoholic fatty liver so this is the second main cause you want to be very careful where you get your carbohydrates from and this is why what we talk about is so vital eating the right food at the right time of day and in the right combination at each meal You've been listening to The Simply Slim Show.
