And so as we get ready to head into the fourth quarter, I think we should talk about what the summer's been like and what we kind of anticipate for the fall.
So when you are out and about and have been out and about in the last month – Have you been asked more times than not about the market and what it's doing? Yes.
Whoever you see, whether it be friends, family, clients, I mean, they know what we do for a living, right? So everybody's always interested in the market and what's going on in it.
But I feel like I've been asked that more in the last month than I have in previous months.
And so they're so interested from a realtor, an actual working realtor's perspective.
As we get into that fall market, we always have high hopes, right? Doesn't matter what year it is.
When I look back traditionally at what we do, October is one of the best months for us year over year.
