So this episode came to light because a question someone recently asked me in my Instagram DMs, and they said, Bianca, the Marketing Blind Spot sounds great, but how do you actually find the blind spot? And I thought that was a good question because I spent a lot of time talking about what a marketing blind spot is.

You know, a marketing blind spot is that thing in your marketing that isn't connecting, but you can't quite see it because you're too close to your business.

What does it actually look like when you come to work with me? What am I looking at? What questions am I asking? And how do we go from there? something is not working to identifying what actually needs your attention.

And I do want to say that I'm not going to be looking at your Instagram for five minutes and say, okay, so you need to post more reels.

And when I say marketing ecosystem, I mean, how do different parts of your marketing work together? Okay.

So how does someone find your business? And once they find you, do they understand what you do? Can they see how your offer connects to the problem that they have? Do they know what steps to take next? And after they take that step, what happens? Is there a follow-up? Are you continuing to nurture that relationship? Or are people getting interested and then falling through the cracks? So that is the path I'm looking at.

I'm looking at find the business, understand the message, connect with the offer, take a step, and receive a follow-up, okay? And your blind spot can happen anywhere along that path.

The right people simply aren't finding you, but you might also have plenty of visibility and unclear message.

People are seeing your content, but they don't understand exactly what you do or who you help.

what they can actually hire you for, or maybe they do understand the offer, but you aren't giving them a clear next step.
