And why and how I'm doing that, and I've done it year after year, is just targeting my current customer base.

I think your easiest customers and your easiest sales are to your existing customers.

Because People get, again, people get obsessed of finding new leads, new customers.

When you have people, hundreds sometimes, thousands of customers that are already paying you.

And even going back through who got aerated and seated last year, who got aerated and seated the year before that.

And emailing, texting, you know, Social media and just reminding people that aeration and seating is coming and we're starting to build a schedule and creating some pressure, if you will, just saying, hey, there's limited spots available.

You might have some new customers that don't even know that you offer that service.

Instead of saying, hey, we offer aeration overseeding, I would say, hey, we're offering, you know, we're building out our schedule now.

But it's true that you need to order the seed, get your equipment ready and get ready to go.

We're going to send multiple email accounts, not that we're going to do it in not email accounts, emails to these accounts saying, hey, time is ticking, last call.
