And so we have that Yom Teruah, and then we have Yom Kippur, which is a day of humility, which is why we fast for the 24-hour period.

Traditionally, what we do is some drink water, some don't, but other than that, we don't eat.

But don't get... guilted into doing this if you're sick or if there's any reason why you shouldn't be fasting.

Just do it because God has called you to do this, and it is safe and healthy for you to do it.

Not only we do teshuvah, which is not just repenting, but it's returning to the Lord.

And so we have a booth that we can rejoice in and focus on our relationship and tabernacle with him.
