Part 2: Turning around a failed launch with a last minute pivot

Welcome to a story of how I turned a failing launch around from a flopped launch to a successful one in roughly 10 days.

It's the episode before this one that I recorded in the midst of knowing I had messed up on my offer and my launch.

I'd launched an upsell, was only at $2,000 in sales and ripping my hair out because I could see all of the mistakes I'd made and I knew I needed to correct them if I wanted this launch to bring in money.

So I will tell you exactly what I did and how I turned around a failing launch into something I am really proud of.

And because I never listen to people when they say that, although I do think you should, because it is really funny, because I'm panicking throughout the episode, but because I never listen to people when they tell me to go back and listen to part one, I'll give you a brief update where I have a main... bread and butter program.

It's called Magic Marketing Machine.

And I am not talking about it in this story.

I'm talking about an upsell, which is where when my clients buy Magic Marketing Machine, they have an opportunity to upsell into an add-on for that program that was previously coaching calls that I then changed to content coaching calls.

And It was not selling.

And the numbers of people enrolling in that upsell had been dropping steadily.

And my metrics showed me that.

But still, I thought, I love this program.

I see its value.

I'm going to go ahead and launch it again.

And then people didn't sign up.

So I had to make some swift decisions.

And thankfully, I knew what to do because I teach this stuff.

I just hadn't done this stuff.
