so many things like where do I even start here so the first thing that I want to touch on is you mentioned that when your brother passed away suddenly that was a turning point for you I think so often in life we have those turning points don't we for me I just turned 40 last year and I thought like I'm middle-aged now like this is happening whether I am aware of it or not and for you that moment where you realised that life was too short it just gave you that perspective of if there's things I want to do in life I have to start doing it so firstly well done for turning that pain into power and really acknowledging your feelings and acknowledging those lessons, but then actually moving with it because that's something that a lot of people don't quite manage.
Yeah,

And, you know, how many times do we sit there and say, one day I'll start that business, one day I will...

Look for a better job or where I'm more happier or one day I'll start that hobby.

And actually, you know, I'm the eldest of my siblings and my brother, he was the only son.

And I just kind of felt the sense of responsibility to fill his gap, his shoes, in terms of responsibility and looking after the family, being the eldest.

Because for me, it was important to be able to give my mum and dad, my family, my time.

And I wanted the freedom where I could go whenever I wanted and go and look after mum and dad or be there for my siblings and all that kind of stuff.

And actually, I just knew that a business was going to give me that flexibility, not a nine-to-five job.
Yeah absolutely and that's brave to acknowledge that and then to start moving towards that and to quote what you just said at the start there you said a few opportunities fell in my lap which actually is very humble of you because they didn't necessarily fall in your lap you went out there and you made it happen.

Yeah, but I think I'm a big believer of, like, just get your head down and work really hard.

And I think that's what I've probably done over the last few years, like, building my business, really stepped out of my comfort zone.

And, you know, a lot of people see on social media, oh, she's at another event.
