Can you start by just, you know, telling us a little bit about how EAG came to be and maybe, like, what niche you were hoping to solve for in the dental industry?
[chuckles] So I, I went back to school, got a master's in accounting, sat for the CPA exam.
And we, we did essentially a, a startup, and we envisioned a very high-tech, high-touch niche CPA firm, business-oriented.
And just very quickly, we were fortunate enough to find our way into the dental space.
So by twenty eleven we were all in on private dental exclusively, and we've never looked back.
So if you look up, you know, if you just Google CPA, I'm a dentist, I have a dental practice, most CPAs are gonna wanna do a tax return for you.
That's [chuckles] not why you go start a dental practice or start any business.
First and foremost, you know, you have to have financial records for that tax return.
So why don't we use those along the way to make a nice living, right? To make that living that the dentist has in mind when they start or purchase a dental practice.
