Last week we heard from a wife trying to figure out if she can ever trust her husband again after discovering his affair. This week we're staying on him. All we know about him comes from her email…
Which, real quick, last week was a wife that emailed in after a discovery of, uh, an affair that her husband had had.
Mm-hmm.
Um, so we talked about what, how it landed on her, the anger, the numbness, and then what does she need to do? How can she ever trust again? And we pivoted-
But, and both herself.
Uh, that was a big one.
She was like, "I don't even trust myself."
But trust him
Mm-hmm.
And so this week we wanna shift it to talking some more about him, and granted, we are only going to be using the details we have from her mind on this, right?
Sure.
Because as she went through this, she wrote about, um, that experience with him, and here's, here's what she said about him in that email, which was, when he, when she confronted him, he denied it at first, and then admitted everything.
And so that's all we've really got to go on as far as the details of what his account is in this process.
We're gonna talk about, um, what that actually looks like based on this detail because there-
Okay
... we can take it at face value, but there's also a ton of information we can get in, we can get out, pull out of here, right? Because-
Yeah
... w- what, what happened with this is an all too common occurrence of when confronted with something, there can be a denial, and then there's the trickle admission.
Yes.
