I mean, the Save the Pub, Save the Town thematic seems to be popular, as you said, as it's happening around the country, and certainly seems to be having a revitalising effect on both the pub scene and local towns.
What do you think has prompted this, not resurgence, but surgence of this type of activity happening in these smaller communities?
Well, I think when you're a small community, you often don't really want new things and you might not really want fancy things, but you don't want to lose the things you've got.
Business owners don't really get to invest a lot of capital into their buildings and infrastructure because, unfortunately...
When they go to sell at the other end, it doesn't seem to match up with what they've put in as to what they're going to get back.
So a lot of these facilities are aging, they're worn, and they're in need of a big capital injection.
And if you just leave that up to the next owner, When it's going to sell, to do, it may not happen.
And so that's where we said we're going to take charge when our publicans, who were in their mid-80s, when we put the offer to them, they didn't necessarily want to sell.
Who knows? But it's putting that capital infrastructure into it so it can survive another hundred years.
