What are your thoughts on today's athlete and their stress level in comparison with the athlete from the late 90s? you know, you could make a stark contrast from like the Michael Jordan era athlete to the LeBron James era athlete, meaning back then maybe Jordan's gambling or off the court antics were pretty private.

And these days, if you're an athlete, every movement is tracked basically, maybe voluntarily because you're posting stuff, you know, but it makes me wonder and think about, I have some thoughts on it, but I wonder what your opinion is on the athlete's stress level these days compared to then and what impact, if any, that has on injuries and their mental.

And I know we touched upon this on another podcast a couple weeks ago, same kind of topic.

But, you know, to discuss a little twist to that and give people a little more backstory on, you know, other things or think about things a little differently than what we talked about on the last podcast about that.

But I definitely think, I think, you know, one, we got to kind of define what stressors are.

I like to look at what were the, instead of comparing like, did they have more stress or did we have more stress? I think it's, Stress is stress.

And I think I like looking at what was going on during the times, like in the 80s and 90s and 70s, 80s, 90s.

What were what was going on? What was what were the influences then and what are the influences now? You know, back then it was a different mentality.

So what they would consider stressful, they played the game for the love of the game.

That's because they literally loved the game and they didn't care about the repercussions of anything.
