How did you pull this vision together, you know, the memories, experiences, culture, et cetera.
I wanted to do something that spoke to the region, where we're from, where I grew up.
And not just through the food, I think also through the space and the hospitality that we show.
You know, that's such a huge part of restaurants for me is the hospitality side of things.
You know, people being able to come in and feel good, get nourished and leave happy.
