Hello and welcome back to the podcast dedicated exclusively to the reading of the poem of the man-god.
For my long-time listeners, I must thank you for your patience with me as we work through some family health issues, as well as some technical difficulties.
I'm very technology-challenged myself, so I give credit to my husband for all his help and support.
In this episode, we resume our reading from the beginning of Book 4, and we will continue forward from there.
The Poem of the Man-God is a private revelation of the life of Jesus as recorded by the visionary Maria Valtorta.
Now out of print, this five-volume set of books is a narration of the life of Jesus Christ, beginning with the birth of his mother Mary, through his public ministry, passion, and resurrection.
The narration is interspersed with direct dictations from Jesus, messages for the whole world.
These highly inspired visions were recorded around the time of World War II, yet she did not consider herself the author.
They were first published without her name and became very popular before her death, and only posthumously was her name added.
Then they were almost lost in obscurity.
My sole aim in this podcast is to share the poem of the man-god with the world.
