For many members of the punk scene, the mosh pit is an extension of the connection and community they find in the music and the people.

And while there are always, always exceptions to the rule, a mosh pit is often a place where you get picked up when you fall down, where you catch a bear hug or high five instead of a fist.

Through a grant he received from Voices with Impact, Landon was able to portray how someone living with anxiety can be soothed by the swirling mass of the mosh pit.

The film team and modern dance troupe were prepped for a punk show and the slam dancing that ensued.
