I know we've had conversations leading up to this, but it's really my honor to share what I've built with your community, our community, and the women, um, who also might be wondering if this is the pathway for them.

So I'm just excited to have a conversation and share my journey and how I took all the beautiful wisdom and knowledge that I learned through the Sacred Windows program and co-create it into something beautiful and really meaningful to me.
You know, sometimes we don't know how th- this information is going to land for people.
My, my husband was a teacher for many, many years, and he would al- you know, oftentimes, like, get years down the road, he'll run into a student and, and discover all these things that they've done.
Um, and I find that to be so powerful a reminder for all of us in life of we don't know the impact of what we're going to have on someone, um, sometimes never.
But the truth is that everything we do is touching someone else in some way.
We're all connected, particularly in this field where we all have such passion and, and drive as serving new moms, serving new families as they're navigating this portal.
You know, I'd love to just start with looking at what that call felt like for you.
How did you know that you were supposed to put your attention and your professional work on supporting new families?

Christine, that's a great question, and I'm just sitting back thinking, um, because for me, in a way, it was, it was kind of like this divinely inspired path was laid in front of me that kind of appeared out of nowhere during the time, um, it was post-COVID, and I had just had my second child, and I had had visions of opening up back up, opening my private practice again, um, and focusing on pregnancy, postpartum, and infant nutrition because that was something that became very clear for me through my first, um, pregnancy and birth experience.

And as we all remember, life looked very different in the couple years post-COVID.

And being also a mama of now two, um, is very different [chuckles] than being a mom of one.

And I was really looking for an opportunity to get back into the workplace, but doing something really meaningful where I could also manage a household and be there for my children who at that time weren't in full, uh, school.

And I think as moms, so many of us face that choice of how do we follow our passion, bring something into our lives for ourselves after we f- you know, nudge our way outside of that first beginning of the postpartum window and start feeling like there's this fire to have something for ourselves and, um, be there for our children.
