And in terms of the modalities that have supported you on your journey, which ones have worked? Which ones haven't worked? Which ones do you really think are, you know, the best to work with? Like, what has been your experience?

Well, I'm happy to share the things that, that worked for, for me, and I, and I do, uh, write about some of those in, in my book, Navigating Shitstorms.

What I really encourage for people to do though is to, to listen to how they f- how it feels when they think about doing one of the modalities, and to just try it out because everybody's different and everybody's-

... dealing with different issues, and so some of the things that worked for me are not gonna work for other people, and things that I found challenging might be the great answer for, for other people.

I couldn't find a therapist that, uh, that I really resonated with and that seemed to be helpful.

I mean, I, I ended up checking myself into a place for, for two months, and they were, they were really generous in, uh, in everything they provided.

I mean, I share, you know, tidbits of, of what certain things are like, but you really have to feel your way through it.

And I think you pointed to something really important, which is regardless of the modality, being able to check in with ourselves, does this feel aligned? Does this feel like what my body needs, what my, what my essence needs? And I think that's where we actually lose ourselves the most, is we're putting all of our authority outside and-
