Most founders think AI is the threat to their business. It's not. The real threat is that you are using AI to build a brand that AI itself could have built — optimized, replaceable and completely…

All right, guys, welcome back to another episode of Running with Wolves, and I am so excited for today's episode because I know I've had a lot of conversations with you guys over the past couple of months around AI, where things are going, how it's changing, how buyers are buying, how they're consuming information.
And now we're really starting to see a lot of trends and patterns with not only how they're finding brands, but then how they're purchasing from brands.
So I really wanted to take today's episode to talk to you about what your, I would say, like biggest threat to scaling is this year because most of you think that it's AI, when in actuality, your threat to scaling is not AI in and of itself.
The threat is that you're using AI to build a brand that AI itself could have built, which is optimized, unfortunately replaceable, and very, very forgettable.
Because I see a lot, a lot of brands and businesses using AI in very much the wrong way.
So I really wanted to kind of talk through not only what I'm seeing on the AI side of things and how it's, it's changing buyer and consumer trends, but then also how I leverage AI in my own business because at the beginning, no, gosh, mm, probably halfway through last year, maybe Q3 of last year, I started to use AI on my own marketing and sales, and I basically replaced my social media manager with AI, and my sales have only continued to grow.
So the reality is that if you use AI in the right way, you can absolutely scale pretty effortlessly and do it super efficiently.
But if you use AI in the wrong way or you're unaware of how consumers or buyers are using it, that's where you're gonna get into trouble, and that's what we're gonna talk about today.
