yeah most definitely absolutely and sort of in that time you've obviously gone on to then compete across like track and cross country and road races as well as like at home and internationally so like which of these could you maybe say is is your preference I guess at the moment like because I guess it can change right

So I would say that the marathon at the moment definitely has like a really special place in my heart.

And, you know, so many people run marathons for so many different reasons, which I think is so, so beautiful.

And I think that, you know, you really do get the chance to sort of, you know, tick off some travel at the same time and like those big bucket list races.

Like you say, when people, on a marathon, you have such a range of people doing it for different reasons.

And, like, I think that makes it such a special experience because, you know, you've got people like yourself going for a certain time and, you know, doing that.

And everyone's crossing that line and going there for those different experiences.

And what are some of the lessons maybe you found that you've taken away from some of these experiences that you've had so far? Like, what do you think you've taken from those?

Oh, I would say the biggest sort of like lesson, especially within the marathon, is to really sort of like look up and enjoy it because it is really, really difficult and you're putting your body, you know, through so, so, so much.

But when you are doing some of these races, you know, whether it is like the major marathons, for instance, you know, running through perhaps like New York or Chicago and you think, oh, my goodness, like running has taken me to this like beautiful, beautiful place.

And to sort of, you know, forget about the watch for a second, to forget about the fact that you might be feeling tired or you've still got loads of kilometers left to run and just be like, wow, like I'm here.
