So I will be four months pregnant to the day on Sydney, not pregnant postpartum.
So I started running again at six weeks and I've been doing one minute on, one minute off.
So I actually had a relatively complicated pregnancy and didn't run through the pregnancy for health reasons.
And even last weekend, I had a 35K run in prep for Sydney and it was way harder than I remember.
But I'm just trying to do all the things around it to support my running.
So I'm trying to eat enough so I can keep running and breastfeeding and then also strength to make sure my hips and pelvic floor and everything is strong.
I haven't done it in 10, 15 years if I had to go as meticulously and as conservatively as I am.
