I think when I spoke to you, like last year, we were sort of saying how like we were keen for a wedding, but we didn't really know, you know, the size or like what we wanted or if we just elope.

And, um, you know, the photos were awesome and the memories are just like incredible, had some really funny, like speeches and stuff.

So yeah, very, very happy with what we did, but I definitely, um, feel like I ruined myself for training the week after.

just all of the buildup, like mentally and physically, I was so cooked and, you know, um, didn't sleep the best the night after the wedding and, and, Well, yeah, even the nights like following that.

But then it just goes to show like, you know, you do need to enjoy like other life events and it really does disrupt things because then I went and had like, you know, probably the race of my life like two weeks later.

So it is a like positive thing to look at, yeah, two or three weeks later after that wedding.
