It's my pleasure to introduce today's speaker, Ben Marans.

Ben is someone many of you know by voice, if not in person.

For more than two decades, Ben was one of Wisconsin's most recognizable interviewers as a host on Wisconsin Public Radio, helping us better understand the people and issues shaping our state.

Today, Ben comes to us as an outreach specialist with the state's Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Ben assures us that if we take his advice to heart, he can practically guarantee, I don't know if that's a scam, that each of us can prevent ever becoming a scam victim.
