I mean, I'll be asleep by 9.30, so I've got five and a half hours to just do whatever it is that I want to do to get ready for tomorrow.

Now, Mondays are probably one of my busiest days of the week, given how much work I do on a Monday to set myself up for the whole week.

I picked up a new client last week, the end of last week, got another consultation with a client this week.

This is the time of the year when people start to get more interested in their health and wellness.

And if you've been listening to me for a while, I talk about it here and on the Mental Toughness and Body Show as well.

There's this period between now and so we're at the, well, I'll just say mid-September, it's towards, you know, we've got, what, 10 days left of September.

It's between now and about, I'm going to say the 11th of November, when people are keen to get started.

Which seems weird, doesn't it? And a lot of people, they then don't come back until...

It's bizarre, isn't it? But that's just the way that it happens, certainly the way that it is in Melbourne.
