In this episode I discuss the commitment that you make to yourself and whether you're too frequently talking yourself out of them.

Here's another example of what I was talking about yesterday was you could just modify things to just make sure you get the work done.

I was planning to go do the workout at the gym, the commercial gym as opposed to my own facility.

I got to that part in the day and I thought, oh, I don't know that I want to just go and battle the use of the equipment and is it free and if it's not, all right, I'll go do this now and now I'll come back and I'll know it's not free anymore.

And it probably would have taken me an extra probably 15 minutes if I had to travel to the gym.

I mean, you know, lighter mental load and and stuff, and then I got on and did the rest of the things for my day.

So it was actually a really good workout and a good time because I was actually starting to get really hungry.

So I reckon about seven and a half hours has helped me catch up from the last couple of days.
