TNA Shakeups, Rising Stars, And Old-School Wisdom

I'm having a big weekend this weekend.

I'll be in Michigan this weekend doing several shows, actually six TV tapings for JCW.

So it's going to be a busy, busy weekend.

But I'm looking forward to it because after a while, you get tired of just sitting around doing nothing.

And it drives me crazy.

So I enjoy the fact that I got something to keep me busy at least once a month where I can get out there and try to be a part of life instead of sitting back at the house.

Let me ask you, have you seen the news lately when it comes to TNA? I've seen today and yesterday where they're There's a shakeup going on or something over there.

Tommy Dreamer, I saw, is no longer with TNA.

He's been with them for like 10 years.

Tessa Blanchard's gone from TNA.

Oh, God, there's several people who have left TNA, and I'm not really sure what's happening.

Do you have any insight into that?

No, I've seen what you've seen, you know, people being let go.

You know, maybe it's some new owners.

Maybe some new people have come in, taken it over.

Well, they just did

that just recently, and Carlos Silva, who is the guy that kind of runs TNA, is the one who's kind of calling the shots, if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah.

He has really no real background in wrestling.

He's one of those kind of guys, Teddy.

So I don't know if that's where the issue's coming from.

If you've got a business guy trying to run a wrestling company, that's never really good.

They've got to have some kind of background, don't they? Yeah, well, you need to.

You know what I mean? How are you going to come up telling somebody what to do and you don't know? Yeah,
