We're back (with a special guest) to talk about the penultimate episode of season 2! The North and Southside of Riverdale are at war, Betty discovers who the Black Hood is, Papa Poutine's son is…
Of course, they would get married right before the 4th of July.
Oh, yeah.
Medicine's birthday.
We're
upstaging my birthday from yesterday, too.
It could be that
at all.
Oh, yeah.
Happy birthday.
Happy
birthday.
Happy birthday was
last weekend.
Oh, that's great.
I remember
that.
Yeah.
Oh, my goodness.
It's cancer season.
It really is.
Cancer's rise.
Right.
Right.
Well.
Okay.
It's been over a month.
I pressed record.
Yeah.
Sorry, guys.
We're really nervous.
We forgot how to talk.
I forgot how to say it.
I'm feeling shy.
It's like first date.
I imagine
this is how it felt when Quinn got into the car accident and people
had to
wait a month for the next episode.
Yes, and then it was
lame as hell, though.
What was it? Oh, yeah, it was.
No, but this was not lame as hell.
There's too much going on.
I was overstimulated.
This one is so good that I forget it's not a finale.
And I think that it's just like, it just feels like a finale.
But then the actual finale.
they love to do this
i've seen in the last two seasons they love a penultimate episode being an ultimate
episode
absolutely amazing it's really good i do
this is definitely one of my favorite episodes of this series i think i think this is in my top five i think
that's like a universal like everybody knows this is the episode of riverdale it's just so good
yeah it's it's like if i were to show somebody an episode of riverdale after like maybe only seeing the pilot or something, this would be one of the ones I would want to show them.
And you'd be like, see, it didn't fall off after season one.
See,
guys, it's fucking good.
Yeah, because it's just got so many great
moments.
Yeah,
it does.
It was very good.
I liked it a lot.
I like the cinematography.
Once I like from the jump, I was like, oh, they're gonna they're gonna eat.
They're gonna eat this shit up.
Cinematography was going off in this episode.
It
was very dark.
I noticed that specifically too.
I made a bunch of different notes about that.
Especially in the scene where the serpents are in the school.
It's like red and blue.
That was tea.
I loved it.
I really did.
Yeah, that whole scene I have like so many notes on because it's just so good.
I love that whole sequence so much.
Okay,
let's get this show on the road so we can get into it.
