And I put, you know, I'm going, you know, there's a sale on something.

I'm like, I'm clearing the shelf.

I'm making all of it.

And I'm going to put it in my deep freezer and everything because I'm like, these prices are crazy.

And so I'm like, hey, if I can keep my grocery bill low the following week because I'm not buying, you know, chicken or protein, then I'll do that and everything.

But it really helped me be thoughtful and thankful that.

They have the luxuries of all these things when it comes to food.

Not everyone has a deep freezer where they can clear a shelf of chicken.

That, by the way, I think is a buy one, get two free at Kroger this week, you know.

But anyways.

Maybe not when this is actually airs.

So but not everyone has a deep version to put their food in or has extra funds to then clear a shelf when there's a sale.

So you really helped me to frame that up.

And I am curious, too, of what is a small action that people can take that the listeners can take today that can create a ripple effect in their community? So from your perspective, what's a small action that they can take today that can create a ripple effect in their community?

Yeah.

I think because a lot of times people want, you know, they think it has to be this big, grandiose, you know, action of like, okay, like if I don't do this huge thing, then there's not an impact.

But that's not accurate.

So

back in November, we had a lot of people reaching out to us about food drives.

You know, they were doing food drives at schools, food drives at their jobs, you know, different things like that.
