The Conversation w/Kim Kavin a Rideshare Rodeo Production On October 1st the hardest push from any state to end Independent Contractors happened in New Jersey. ALSO, do NOT think that it can not…
Kim KavinGuestSteveHostSo I know in California that I won't name any names, and I really try and not name this one person.
I always do this.
I'm not going to say it.
But some of the groups out in California definitely, like every time there'd be a rally, let's strike.
First of all, we've always said it's called taking a day off.
You can't strike.

You turn it on when you want to work.
You don't turn it on when you don't want to work.
If you have it off, you're just taking a day off.
You don't strike.

were more people driving than less.
I didn't know that.
Oh, okay.
People are going to not be on the app.
I'll work tomorrow.
Yeah.
And the independent contractor in them thought, okay, well, I'm going to take advantage of this and work.
That's logical.
