terms of like diet culture but weight loss can happen so I think sometimes weight as a topic I maybe don't speak about it as much as I could do and maybe I will start speaking more about it um but this is just something that's still very fresh in my mind and I and I want to talk about it And whilst I do that, let me just plug my laptop in because it's about to die.
