So I guess if we talk about the turn of my journey, it's actually multiple turns.

So one of the turns is when I had my existing location and then started to have things go better so that I could get to my second one.

And then I had this other major turn, which is where it was like, hey, I can't run multi-units the way I've been doing it.

And so that was basically the legwork for all the stuff that we now teach people with ownership.

But I mean, the first part of this is when I just kind of realized that back when I had one location, the whole story, here's just kind of how that goes, is that It was coming out of winter, and I'm like, yeah, when the sales get better, everything will get better.

I thought it was just because they didn't have enough sales, right? So I was like, oh, man, when the spring comes around, it's going to be great.

And so then February rolls around, March rolls around, the sales do go up, temperatures goes up in March.

I'm like, yeah, how come we still didn't make any money? We're still like negative five grand.

And then in, what was it? Yeah, May, June, they all go by and I'm still not making any money.

Where's the money? And so then finally, I take a look at my P&L and our food cost was like 50% or something like that.

Is that normal? Is that where it should be? Like, oh, I can't bring my food costs down more than that.
