So talk a little bit about, a little bit more about that mind shift with teens who, who are facing challenges.

Well, let me start off with, one of the things that I do as a mind shifter with any age, one of the first things I do, because I do individual coaching as well, I didn't r- mention my entire resume 'cause you'd still be listening, so [laughs]

But when it comes to humans, regardless of any age, one of the first things we have to do is unlearn.

Our, this generation that we're now, that are teenagers now and young adults, and I would even say middle school, they are facing challenges that those of us over 40 never had to face, in ways we never had to deal with.

They're not the same, and that affects how you develop your thinking, how you develop your mind.
