And, uh, one of the things I keep thinking about is those small repeated efforts.
You know, the little things we spend, we commit to spending five minutes a day on.
Yes, slight edge.
Gel drink.
Um, those little things we spend a little...
Like, the time is going by anyway.
The time is going to fly by.
What's five minutes in a day to dedicate to something that...
some large project you're working on, some health goal you're working on? Five minutes.
That's where it can all start.
Five minutes a day really adds up, even over the course of a week.
Uh, I talked about one of the things that I was saving time on, and that was doing, um, snack prep, uh, during the week, and meal prep.
It's nothing fancy.
Sometimes it is just, like me going to the grocery store, making sure I have things, um, and planning that out because I was losing time going upstairs looking for a snack.
I was hungry and, you know, wasting all that time deciding what I was going to have.
All right, so that was taking time off.
That was saving me a couple minutes a day.
So, what am I gonna do, you know, uh, an hour a week probably? What am I gonna do with that time? What are the little things that I can work on? I can list three items, um, during the time I'm saving doing that.
That is one of the things I've been doing, uh, daily with time I have shaved off there [chuckles] with the meals and the snacks and all of that stuff.
So yeah, just a little bit at a time, little bit, little bit here, a little bit there.
But five minutes, just do you have five minutes? Can you make five minutes to work on something? I was really good...
Uh, you've heard me talk, I'm was...
I am learning to golf, and I was really good a couple months ago with at least spending five minutes a day either practicing my swing, you know, out in the yard with the Wiffle ball, with the Wiffle golf balls, which are awesome, uh, and just really being consistent about that and I saw an improvement.
Um, however, that kind of fell off the radar, so that has to c- that has to come back because, you know, five minutes a day, the time is passing.
The days are passing anyway.
