Um, and I wanted to have a new place to talk about what's going on in app development because my goodness is a lot happening, you know, where in last November, Marco and I decided to wind down under the radar after its 10 year run, um, We had felt kind of that it was a good natural point that app development had kind of reached a somewhat stable place in terms of its development, that while there was always things happening and changing, like just sort of felt like a natural good time.
It turned out that was like the best, worst possible time to end a podcast about independent app development because the next couple of months, everything went wild.
Agentic coding took off in a way that I don't think anyone could have expected to have as transformative an impact as it has.
And as a result, in some ways, I was glad that I didn't have to every couple of weeks decide what my feelings were, how what I was thinking about, because they've been complicated.
And in some ways, I also now feel like things have settled into a place that I miss having a voice.
my work and my experiences and sharing my learnings and, you know, my successes and my failures and a place to do that.
And I've really appreciated over this last year, having the accidental tech podcast where I could listen to Marco share his experiences and his, you know, what, what has been going on with him.
