And so talk to us a little bit about how you navigated climbing that corporate ladder where, I mean, let's be honest, the rooms weren't really built for women like us.
It hasn't even shifted or moved quite a bit as you would think it would have nowadays.
Like diversity is always the top focus for a lot of organizations, but sometimes most organizations don't walk the talk.
And so it's not been an easy journey, especially where I work mostly in corporate America.
To work with, you know, people who are amazing, but having them to shift their mindset to realize it's we're not trying to go global.
You can't be the world's most caring company if you're just within the United States.
And that's one of our corporate purposes and our mission as an organization.
And so when we think about just even being in boardrooms where we don't see people that look like us, I know myself and I'm very introverted.
Sometimes like I would feel like afraid to speak up or if I did speak up, someone would take my idea as their idea.
