Um, and you mentioned again that you had a look at-- You were asked to recruit, and you had a look at the, the business model, and it's like the margins are insane, right? Because your overhead is, uh, unbelievably low, and so there's a lot of money that changes hands, and the overhead is low.

'Cause I get the impression that when I talk to people who are in staffing, they're like, "Yeah, I make 200 grand now, but I don't know.

Staffing's getting more difficult, and the future's unstable, so I wanna go in-house and do something, go somewhere else, and, uh, you know, I won't look at anything under 250 'cause I don't wanna leave." And they, they forget that it's just kinda like, yeah, no one else is making this kind of money.

Like me, are staffing people just spoiled that they're so used to making big margins, and yes, it's a hard business but that they make money there, and they think they're gonna go march into another office somewhere and get paid similar money on a base salary?
