So for me, I feel that of all the things that you just said right now, there's even like a... an apprehension on some people's parts who are busy, successful, senior executives, salespeople, whatever, you know what I mean? Like who are managers, whatever, operating at a high level.

They feel like if they let their guard down for one second, everything, the whole world will fall apart.

Do you feel that as well? That there's a resistance on some people's parts to want to even put that down for a second?

So they say, Jenny Lynn, okay, I want to let go of some of my anxiety symptoms because I don't work on the roots of anxiety, but I work on symptoms.

Don't let me get rid of my anxiety because my anxiety is what made me successful.

and people start to see what are the beliefs, what are the thoughts that lead them to think that this anxiety is their recipe for success.

Once they see that this is false, that they can absolutely be successful sometimes, even more when they're focused without the symptoms of anxiety, where they can go and present in front of a group without having this big shake inside, but they can be grounded and solid and clear-minded.

Because what they start to realize is those symptoms of anxiety kind of creates clutter at the same time.
