So you mentioned you saw this white space and that there was room to get in and be someone who was an expert at B2B marketing, particularly in B2B marketing writing, and that it was hard to find somebody good.

How has that evolved in the time that you've been doing it? Do you feel like it's still the same kind of challenge or do you feel like there have been crests where suddenly it was a really saturated market that everybody was doing good B2B marketing work? How has that evolved over the time that you've been working

on it? I still think it's a challenge to find B2B marketers who can pivot based on a a new business, but this is going to bring it back.

So everything's always going to come back to the brief, right? So, so this is where like the strategic thinking is so important, right? Because, and I know we're going to talk about AI, it all flows, it's all together.

So the strategy and getting that brief done is is probably the most important thing to do.

And a lot of people don't want to do it, right? Because for whatever reason, like I've mentioned, founders are like, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, I know, I know.

And certainly the outside vendors that you're bringing in aren't going to know.

And that's why you're going to waste time and money spinning your wheels, having things not right, going beyond the scope of work, going beyond the number of revisions.

So That is why I've become such a passionate advocate for strategic thinking ahead of time.

Like, I can usually tell if it's going to be a fruitful collaboration or if this is something that I even have to walk away from, because if someone doesn't want to invest and I understand founders, listen, I get it.

I know you have a million and one things to do and you don't want to sit down with me and download all this stuff.

And those are the ones I typically, my average tenure with clients is about eight years.

The process of strategic extraction is a very personal one, especially for founders.
