And it's just because you're an owner and a founder does not mean that you are a CEO.

is not a good trend and it's out there and it's like, we need to create some education about what a CEO truly is and their responsibilities.

A CEO has execution responsibilities that you need to, and not all dreamers are operational, right? We know that.

Like if you have the dream and the vision and you're always thinking like 15 years down the road, that's fantastic.

But if you can't execute on the vision, the dream, the path to week three, week six, week 40, right? Then maybe you're not...

So I think it's really important for people to identify those and how it's shifting because before, you know, and growing up for us entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs were kind of picked out and they were kind of like, ah, like, okay, like you're an entrepreneur.
