Because you're the one who remembers the birthdays and asks how the appointments went and makes sure that everybody has what they need.
You probably believe that some of those things are your absolute best qualities, and to a certain extent, a lot of them are.
But somewhere along the way, being a good person became synonymous with putting yourself fucking last.
so you work too many hours you don't sleep enough you're stressed about money you don't exactly love your body you know you should be exercising more you know you should eat better you know you should go the outside you know you should be prioritizing yourself Because you know that you need better boundaries.
You know words like codependent, trauma, triggers, nervous system regulation, boundaries, self-talk.
