And so fit people, people that have the body or the life that you want, they still have the same cravings or desires that you do.

But here's the biggest difference that I've noticed in my life personally, is my need for the result that I want in my life, my need for the body or my need for the outcome is greater than my need, quote-unquote, "need," for the thing that would hold me back from getting it.

And whenever I have a strong craving to do something that's gonna hold me back from my goals, I will literally tell myself that in my head.

I don't need it." When you get to a point in your life where you realize you don't need certain things, you could survive without it, you can feel a certain way and act completely differently, that's when you will achieve freedom in that area.

The reason you don't have freedom in that area is because you genuinely believe deep down inside that you need these things when you don't.

It's like looking at motivation, because motivation is a fleeting feeling, and feelings are unreliable.

Like, you're motivated in the summer maybe 'cause the sun's, sun's out, but then when wintertime comes and it gets colder, and now you're unmotivated.

And so if your actions are dependent on external circumstances, then you're not consistent in that area.

So if your plan depends on how you feel that day, your plan has a built-in expiration date.

And so fit people, people that have the body or the life that you want, they still have the same cravings or desires that you do.
