So I've been preaching now for, it's been a while, it's been a number of years, a good number of years.

And I don't know who's gonna be really eager to hear this except for if you're in pastoral ministry, you know that one of the things, one of the topics of conversation that comes up a lot is preaching.

And pastors spend a long time prepping sermons, preaching sermons, trying to improve their preaching styles.

And it's always a topic of conversation, mainly, especially guys that are just getting started, And they'll ask older guys like me, like, how do you do it? What is your sermon prepping routine like? How long do you take? Do you do a manuscript? Are you somebody who just does an outline? Do you do no notes? So these things are just, they're a major part of the conversation when it comes to pastors and preaching.

I remember I was just thinking back, the first time I ever, there was a spark, right? happened in me in terms of preaching.

I never, even as I was getting into ministry, I didn't see myself as a preacher.

I would say the old cliche is, man, I got drug into this kicking and screaming.

But I remember even as I was just getting into ministry and I was doing more things on the side of music and audio and video, and by audio and video, I meant that I was just sort of learning how to do some of those things while I was mainly the guy that was making sure our audio and video guy were doing the things they needed to do, right? Let's be clear.
