Welcome back to the Raising Rock Podcast.
I am Elise and I am your host.
A few weeks ago, we were in Montana and we came across an ad magazine of all the things that you could do in Flathead County.
And there was a picture of my son in the magazine.
We're still trying to figure out how it happened and how his picture showed up there.
Was it AI generated? Was it something we had posted that an algorithm picked up and they just printed it? We have no idea, but we do know that it's caused us to really think hard about how we show up online, specifically how we show our kids online and how we respect their privacy, which makes today's conversation with Leah Plunkett, the author of Sharenthood, even more timely.
She goes through the implications of posting our children online, how to protect their privacy, and so much more.
Leah, welcome to the show.
