This is why I don't love allowing devices and things in my home and my life that will be screaming marketing at me.

When you get to a place of really reclaiming yourself and your sovereignty, you can really hear how different marketing perspectives are really just screaming at you.

So the last one that I heard was Neutrogena telling me that if I remember dial-up, it's probably time to start thinking about anti-aging cream.

That's really offensive, Neutrogena, because my anti-aging plan is actually just getting sober, eating lots of vegetables, and getting sleep, um, and being happy.

That's my anti-aging plan, and I don't need a cream to make me feel guilty for the way that my face and my body are changing as I move into a different phase of life.

I think this is something that women have been exposed to so much that they don't even recognize how offensive the marketing is.

If you really do your work and become aware of how the internet and different ads and marketing are making you, uh, feel or what they're trying to accomplish, and if you just really sit with it and, and go into your body, you can really allow yourself to grow that immunity to it.

And this strength and power allows you to become completely immune to propaganda or marketing of any type, because once you understand what they are trying to do, it doesn't have any power over you.

And I can guarantee you, after seeing an, an ad like that, I haven't been a client of Neutrogena for many, many years.

But I can guarantee after seeing an ad like that, that I would never spend my money with a company like this.

I just want to put this PSA out so that you understand that marketing and propaganda has no power over you as long as you take the moments to sit back, become aware of how it makes you feel and what you think they are trying to get you to do.

And if we can slow down and have that awareness, in that mindfulness, you protect yourself.
