Plus a couple of questions for Nerang, which I'd like to ask you about, but it's gonna be pretty full here, so let's get straight into it, Kyle.

GC30 was, um, was a big event that happened.

Massive fields up, uh, down at Main Beach.

Over a thousand, I think, in most of the big races certainly.

So that event seems to be getting bigger and bigger, doesn't it? You were lining up as a previous winner in the GC30, and so you're gonna go through the race soon.

But tell us a little bit about the week before GC30.

What was the taper like? Was it just a train through it? What was the approach for you guys?

Yeah, it was fairly normal other than just, we just didn't do a session on the Friday.

The rest of the week was fairly standard.

I had a rubbish session on Tuesday.

I'd been feeling not...

You know when you're not, you're not sick, but you just feel a bit off under the weather?

Yeah.

That was me-

... kind of like early that week.

Still was able to train, but just not feeling amazing.

So did a session Tuesday, felt pretty garbage the second half, got dropped by everyone in the group.

And then normal run Wednesday, felt a bit better.

And then jogged for a couple of days.

And then had the Saturday off, and then, yeah, kind of into the race.
