And the question is, if I know that I am makpid on Rebbe Yehuda HaChasid, does that sort of mean that I'm signed up for everything? For example, if my Minhag, let's say, is not to take a haircut on Rosh Chodesh, if you look in the Tzavah of Rebbe Yehuda HaChasid, it's brought down over there that a person should not polish his shoes the day he goes out on a trip.
So if I don't take a haircut on Rosh Chodesh, does that imply that I can't polish my shoes the day I go out on a trip? No, this is a good point.
In Rebbe Yehuda HaChasid, it says that the person shouldn't build a house made out of stone.
Um, the Meisa, does that mean if I'm makpid on taking haircuts on Rosh Chodesh, does that mean that I ca- I can't-- He says that if you build a stone house, you shouldn't live in it for at least a year.
It's brick stones, is it not? What about an Eretz Yisrael? So this is, this is some of the Shailas that I would like to, uh, try to handle today.
