As I was preparing for this message, this scripture, I was just reading in my devotional.
It says, And since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near.
Draw near to God with a sincere heart and with full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.
Verse 23, let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess for he who promises faithful and let us consider how we may spur one another along toward love and good deeds, not giving up on the assembly or forsaking the assembly, you could say, as many are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another all the more as we see the day approaching.
He is coming back to set the captives free, to deliver those who have been waging war in the spirit and trusting God and believing even in the natural sense as they see the world chaos in all of its extremities.
Like we're just saying rain came and wind blew, but our house was built on him.
The question tonight is, are you waging war in the now as if you're preparing for him to come back? Jesus is coming back and very soon.
