right and it's cool how you're you're your journey has taken you through not just the healing part of it, but bringing Torah into it, which I know kind of sounds obvious, but when you're in this world of healing or trying to help other people and you're like, Oh, you know, everything's from God or this, you don't, you're not fluffy.
And that's why you and I connect.
Cause I'm not fluffy.
Like I read safe foods here for breakfast.
Like that's fun for me.
Like it's enjoyable.
Like the deep, deep, deep stuff.
um like that's why you know we connect because surface level is like it's it's way too basic for us like we can't we can't we can't connect that way and so we end up going a little crazier and a little deeper and then bringing that and sharing that in our own unique way to other people and you have such a way to do that with other people but like i think that it's i think it's also been helping you in your own journey too because when you're sharing like when you're sharing and you're helping other people I know this is the way I feel.
I feel that I am doing it.
I'm getting more benefit than everyone else there.

feel about it is like I I don't think I have my my intention is not like to help people my intention is always like I just need to stay who I am and be true to me and like if I'm meant to help someone Hashem you know will put the right words in my mouth and I'm always asking Hashem like please don't let me fall on my face like don't let me embarrass myself speak through me because I without your gifts I I can say like I'm telling you like I can't even say my name right I'm like what's your name banana like I I can't speak well like I have such a mom brain and it just so yeah it whenever I do help and I connect I'm like Hashem this is from you it feels amazing it feels like everything I'm teaching it's so validating and it's so inspiring and it's beautiful but like I can't even say that I'm a teacher.

And it's like, this is kind of what worked for me, along with this and this and this and that.
