One of the things that I like about, and we, we had this right from the very beginning when we launched Pure, is I, I just, I love music.

Um, we get- How to put this politely? We get lots of demands to play certain bits of sounds and music and stuff from, from, from song makers and stuff, and songwriters, but some of it is so poor quality we're never gonna play it on the radio.

It might be the best thing they've ever done, and that's not a criticism of them, but audio quality really does matter.

Um, and I think there are plenty of really good artists who have created such amazing music, whether they're people who describe themselves of having faith or not, and I think that's, that's the kind of the, the bubble that we love to sit in because ultimately we wanna keep it about the music.

So we can go from Sarah Reeves to, to Nirvana, to Bon Jovi, to Matthew West, and it makes sense because it's, each of those is good in its own right.

[laughs] I remember my mum, um, I, I can't remember what song she was listening to, but it was a mainstream secular, uh, kind of love song, and she was, she was using it as a worship song because the essence of it was an outpouring of love.
